Return Policy for Customers in Ukraine
According to Ukrainian law, there are several situations in which you can return a product purchased from us:
- The product did not suit you.
- The product is defective due to the manufacturer's fault.
The product has no defects. It just did not suit you in shape, color, size, style, or dimensions. Exchange for a similar product or refund is possible under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you have the right to return the product without giving reasons.
- The product must be in new condition, not used.
- The product appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals, and labels are preserved.

- Refund: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund your money within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs may not be refunded if the product is returned without a valid reason (e.g., the product just did not suit you).
- Return costs: The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the description.
- Exceptions: Some products are not eligible for return, such as:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if the seal was broken after delivery.
- Products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life.
