1. Delivery within Ukraine
- Delivery service: Nova Poshta.
- Delivery type: To the address or pickup point.
- Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched the next day after confirmation.
- Delivery time: 1-2 days.
2. Delivery to European Union countries
- Delivery service: Nova Post.
- Delivery type: To the address.
- Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched the next day after confirmation.
- Delivery time: 2-4 days depending on the country.
3. Delivery to the USA
- Delivery service: Nova Post.
- Delivery type: To the address.
- Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched the next day after confirmation.
- Delivery time: 10-14 days depending on the state.
Payment
- Payment methods: We accept payments through PrivatBank acquiring and Verifone (formerly 2checkout).
- Payment process: When placing an order, the customer immediately sees the delivery cost, which is added to the total order amount. Delivery is paid together with the order.
Order Process
1. Placing an order
The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and proceeds to checkout. At the checkout stage, the delivery address is specified, and the payment method is selected.
2. Order confirmation
After the order is confirmed, the customer receives an email with confirmation and order details. Orders are processed within one working day.
3. Order collection and dispatch
The order is collected and prepared for dispatch the next day after confirmation. The customer receives an email with the dispatch confirmation and tracking number.
4. Delivery
Within Ukraine: The customer receives their order within 1-2 days after dispatch.
To EU countries: The customer receives their order within 2-4 days after dispatch.
To the USA: The customer receives their order within 10-14 days after dispatch.
The customer can track the order status using the provided tracking number.
5. Receiving
Receiving the order when choosing the option "to the carrier's branch".
- Inspect the package for integrity and branded tape.
- Sign the documents only if the package condition does not raise any suspicions.
- If you find any discrepancies, fill out a claim form with the carrier. In case of quantity discrepancies, specify which items and how many are missing. Damaged items should also be listed, indicating the quantity and detailed description of the nature of the damage for each item.
- After you collect the goods at the carrier's branch, no claims regarding the condition or quantity of the goods are accepted.
Address delivery (courier to the door).
- On the day before delivery (or earlier), a representative of the transport company will call you to arrange the delivery day and time.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details provided (address, recipient's name, mobile phone number) and guarantee that you will be at the specified address during the agreed time period.
- If access to your apartment or office is restricted, receive the goods at the checkpoint, near the entrance with an intercom/key, etc.
- Present the courier with a passport or other ID that matches the recipient specified when arranging the delivery.

- If you find any discrepancies, fill out a commercial act (you can get the form from the courier). In case of quantity discrepancies, specify which items and how many are missing.
